We pay attention to the details that make our products unique. It is our goal to assist you in making your hunt successful. Our Warranty is simple, if you ever have a problem with any of our products, we will do what we can to repair them. It doesn't matter when or where you bought it, or how your pack was damaged, we will do everything in our power to get you back in the field as soon as possible.

• Make sure to wash and clean the item so we can work on it safely.
• Please include a note with your current address and phone number so we know who to send the pack back to.
• Then send your product to our current address.
• We will fix it and send it back.
• It is that easy!

Horn Hunter has seen some pretty abused packs. I honestly do not know how you carry that much weight in one pack.  Some of your stories are amazing and are a testament to the toughness of our packs.   We do not produce the material that we use, but if a seam splits, zipper fails or a strap comes loose that we manufactured, we will make it right.
